United Filipino Canadian Seniors Association of Hamilton

The United Filipino Canadian Seniors Association of Hamilton (UFCSAH) is a dedicated non-profit organization serving Filipino-Canadian seniors throughout Hamilton, Ontario and surrounding regions. Since its establishment as an Ontario provincial corporation in August 1995, UFCSAH has grown to support 381 lifetime members from Hamilton, Lincoln County, Southwestern Ontario, and the Greater Toronto Area. The organization delivers comprehensive programming designed to enhance quality of life and promote active aging within the Filipino-Canadian senior community. UFCSAH provides educational programs tailored to senior needs, organizes community activities that foster social engagement, and develops special projects that address specific challenges faced by aging Filipino-Canadians. Beyond direct programming, the organization offers assistance to seniors experiencing hardship, ensuring vulnerable members receive necessary support. UFCSAH also manages fundraising initiatives and charitable donation programs, including disaster relief efforts for victims of calamities. The organization actively strengthens community partnerships that celebrate Filipino-Canadian culture and promote intergenerational understanding. Operating from a foundation of compassion and dignity, UFCSAH empowers seniors to lead productive, socially engaging lives while maintaining their cultural identity. The organization welcomes volunteers of all skill levels and accepts donations to support ongoing educational initiatives, community events, and special projects that benefit the Filipino-Canadian senior population in Hamilton and beyond.
