The Philippine Cultural Foundation, Inc. (PCFI) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to presenting and preserving Philippine heritage and culture through comprehensive programming and world-class facilities in Tampa, FL. Operating from the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center, PCFI delivers high-quality performances, exhibitions, and cultural events that showcase both traditional and contemporary Philippine artists from community, national, and international levels.

PCFI's service offerings encompass a diverse range of cultural activities designed to engage the Tampa Bay community. The organization produces major festivals including PhilFest, recognized as the largest Philippine festival in Florida, alongside seasonal celebrations such as Pasko (Filipino Christmas), the Sampaguita Ball, and Barrio Fiesta with Santacruzan. Beyond special events, PCFI provides structured cultural education programs including language instruction, folk arts training, and citizenship education for children and adults of all backgrounds interested in Filipino culture.

The organization maintains the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center, a 9,900 square foot facility featuring a crystal-chandeliered convention and exhibition hall available for performances, events, and cultural activities. PCFI also operates an extensive library housing books, musical instruments, and artifacts related to Philippine culture and history. Through initiatives like the Music, Theater, Dance and Art (MTDA) Program and the Bahay Kubo construction project, PCFI actively contributes to cultural enrichment throughout Florida while serving as an umbrella organization coordinating multiple Filipino-American groups in the Tampa Bay Area.
