National Federation of Filipino American Associations

The National Federation of Filipino American Associations (NaFFAA) is the largest non-partisan, non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the interests of Filipino Americans across the United States. Based in Washington, DC, NaFFAA operates as a national affiliation of Filipino American institutions, umbrella organizations, and individuals, with fifteen-member regions spanning the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and the Pacific Islands.

NaFFAA delivers comprehensive services across four strategic pillars designed to empower the Filipino American community. Through National Advocacy, the organization champions immigration reform, civil rights protections, and economic advancement initiatives including small business and financial education programs. The Anti-Hate Crimes Task Force, FilVetRep recognition program for Filipino veterans, and FilAm Alerts provide targeted advocacy and awareness services.

Leadership Development programs equip emerging and established Filipino American leaders through the Empowering Pilipino Youth Through Collaboration (EPYC) initiative, Ambassadors Program, Leadership Institute, and the bi-annual National Empowerment Conference. Civic Engagement services enable community participation through FilAm Vote initiatives, Run for Office programs, and Kabilang Ka, Pabilang Ka outreach.

Advancing Filipino Culture initiatives celebrate Filipino heritage through NaFFAA E3 Seminars and Tulong Sulong humanitarian programs.
